We all hold on to things for various reasons, sentimentality, the cost (price tags are still on!) and unsure whether we may eventually fit into it again one day when we lose weight. It's time to be decisive and let go of the items that don't serve you and make space for the clothes that do - more often than not you already own them, and I help you find them.
